12/4; Sincerity

December 4, 2009
1. Maturity blossoms through the roots of sincerity.
2. Sincerity is more appealing than any other quality because no one wants to be around the one who puts their own happiness before anyone else.
3. A friendship is built off of many things, but sincerity and kindness must be present for any future.
4. Sincerity is in means of give and take, someone who isn't sincere to you isn't worth your own sincerity.
5. Take life in all sincerity: it's the only one you've got.
 

11/13; Compromise

November 13, 2009
1. Compromise is the smartest form of communication; the kind where no one gets hurt.
2. Compromise is like the dentist's office-- as much as you probably don't want to do it, it feel so good when it's over with.
3. Compromise is a win-win situation; no one walks away from one without satisfaction.
4. Compromise is the tiny step toward world peace.
5. Compromising with someone is as rewarding as first place at the Olympics.

Accomplishment; 11/6

November 6, 2009
1. Accomplishment is relative to an individual's feelings of personal success.
2. Accomplishment is finishing homework before 11:00 PM.
3. Accomplishment is measured by the effort put in and the reward that is felt in the end.
4. When we set our minds to achieve everything we can possibly achieve, accomplishment will never seem far off.
5. My goal in life is to succeed in more than I could ever imagine and to accomplish more than was ever expected of me.

10/30; Victory

October 30, 2009
1. No one said victory was easy; in fact, earning it is a victory in itself.
2. Victory trumps any feeling of happiness, for happiness is only acquired throughout victories.
3. When diving into the pool of victory, don't use "floaties" to help you, for it is not a true victory.
4. Show me a man who knows nothing more than victory, and I'll show you the same man who knows nothing of honesty.

10/23; Guilt

October 23, 2009
1. It is important to explore the line between guilt and guilt feelings: both are a result of wrong-doing, and neither will ever go away.
2. He who consciously admits all his faults and offenses will be rewarded an absence of guilt.
3. Guilt is a part of life- you can't escape from it. So accept it and things will eventually get back on track.
4. The one thing more painful than physical punishment is the mental punishment of guilt.
5. Guilt avoids no one, for everyone makes mistakes at least once...

October 15, 2009
1. You can get through anything with a friend by your side.
2. Life takes you on twist and turns but your friends will always pull you back on track.
3. While absence makes the heart grow fonder, friendship makes the heart beat longer.
4. Friendship is never friending.
5. A friend is someone who will ask before having a snack at your house. A best friend will raid the pantry before saying hello.

1. Education is the key to the door of success.
2. One does not need to be smart to be educated, for that is what education is for.
3. One who is not educated is one who is not determined to succeed.
4. Education is a never-ending path with never-ending directions; you are never not being educated.
5. The process of being educated may be tedious, but the result is one of the most rewarding feelings ever.

1. You know you are truly happy when laughing is not a rare occurrence.
2. The quickest way to someone's heart is through laughter.
3. If you can't laugh, you have no soul.
4. Laughing makes everything, and I mean everything, better.
5. Laughter is greater than love because laughter is a pre-requisite of love.

September 25, 2009
1. Humility is to hate being recognized for something one has done without seeking recognition.
2. We all seek for people to notice our good deeds, therefore humility is becoming harder and harder to come by.
3. To be humble is to have all the money you'll ever need and never tell a soul.
4. Never talk yourself up.  Be humble, and let others talk you up.
5. It is better to be humble and blessed than to brag and lose everything.

September 18, 2009
1. Discovery is to ability as learning is to knowledge.
2. The discovery of another world is still not as important as the discovery of one's self.
3. Discover who you are; don't do it on purpose.
4. The discovery of an artifact takes years, but the discovery of your purpose takes a lifetime.

Closemindedness is the opposite of discovery.
